A time of connection, reflection, and healing for the Autumn Equinox. A sacred day of perfect cosmic balance to ground you and restore your spirit.

This month I'll be joining the sacred space to lead a restorative sound bath for releasing tensions and inviting in peace. After, we will gather in circle to reflect on finding balance in our own healing journeys.
