At Coalesce Wellness, our Oncology Massage is specifically designed to support individuals undergoing cancer treatment or who have a history of living with cancer. Each session involves a thorough assessment and tailored adjustments to standard massage techniques, addressing the unique challenges and side effects of treatment. Modifications are typically related to the length of the session, pressure and direction of strokes, positioning, lymphedema risk, and areas of specific concern, such as catheters, incisions, or painful sites.
